Have your students been out of school due to the weather or feeling sick or
because they have another commitment. Have them work on some of the activities below.
Let them share what they’ve done when they return to class.

* Create the alef bet using toothpicks, pipe cleaners or even playdough.
* Create a board game to review the alef bet
* Create a card game to review the alef bet.
* Using a pad of sticky notes, create an alef bet flip book.

* Create a collage old magazines illustrating a prayer of your choice.
* Create a board game / card game for a prayer of your choice.

* Use a Jewish app on your tablet or iPod - write the name of the app on a card, bring it to class to share with others.

to create something about a prayer, a holiday, a Jewish value, etc.
